Slovakia – Electricity – Dodávka netrakčnej elektriny

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of electricity for the measured selected consumption points (hereinafter referred to as “CPs”) including the guarantee of its distribution and the assumption of responsibility for deviations, in quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the distribution network operator, for compliance with the valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, technical conditions and operational rules of the distribution network operator (hereinafter referred to as “DNO”) for the contract period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 with an option for the year 2028 for each CP. The place of delivery of the subject of the contract is each respective CP listed in section B.1 Description of the subject of the contract of these tender documents.
