Netherlands – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – UTV - Groenonderhoud 2027-2031 (DIG-18722)

HHR manages an extensive portfolio of plots, installations, and other properties spread across its management area. To keep these locations safe, functional, representative, and sustainable, Rijnland wishes to have the green maintenance carried out by professional and expert market parties. The contract involves carrying out regular and incidental green maintenance work on plots owned by or managed by Rijnland. The activities contribute to a safe working environment, a well-maintained site, the preservation of the functionality of the objects, and the achievement of Rijnland's sustainability and biodiversity goals. The current contract is divided into a total of four (4) lots. Within each lot, it is intended to contract one (1) contractor. A Request to Participate can be submitted for one lot, for multiple lots, or for all lots together.

Lot 1 – AWZI's and AWTG's

Lot 2 – Polders, pumping stations, sluices, inlets and other properties

Lot 3 – Tree maintenance

Lot 4 – Coastal maintenance
