Services for landscape planning (LPH 1 to 9) for the school grounds of Grundschule am Windmühlenberg, Am Kinderdorf 23-27 in 14089 Berlin-Spandau, district of Gatow are to be awarded. The school property, with a total area of 126,718 m², is owned by the State of Berlin. The outdoor facilities to be planned include the restoration of open spaces affected or damaged by renovation work and the creation of necessary access and service roads to new buildings. Additional necessary measures include replacement planting, the creation of 65 bicycle parking spaces and the provision of 2 parking spaces for people with disabilities. In total, approximately 9,000 m² of areas are to be restored. Since rainwater generated cannot be discharged into the sewer system, complete infiltration on the property is required. This affects a total area of approximately 17,950 m². The design of the outdoor facilities is to be carried out in accordance with the model open space programme for primary schools.
