The subject of the contract is the Multi-sectoral investment supervision of construction works and conservation works as part of the project „Complex building and conservation works at the Castle in Kwidzyn together with the adaptation for exhibition purposes of premises located in the neighbouring new building” No. FENX.07.01-IP.04-0045/25 co-financed from the funds of the FEnIKS Programme and the state budget” – part No. 2. 2. The detailed OPZ, i.e. the scope of the supervised works, is contained in: 1) the design documentation, which consists of: a) the building project, i.e.: - the architectural and building project – PAB. Reconstruction of 6 service premises U1-U6. Change of use of part of the building/premises for the needs of the Permanent Exhibition – This is Kwidzyn, by mgr inż. arch. N. Walaszkowska, 2024, - the technical project – PW. Industry Architecture. Reconstruction of 6 service premises U1-U6. Change of use of part of the building/premises for the needs of the Permanent Exhibition – This is Kwidzyn, by mgr inż. arch. N. Walaszkowska, 2024, - the technical project – PT. Reconstruction of 6 service premises U1-U6. Change of use of part of the building/premises for the needs of the Permanent Exhibition – This is Kwidzyn. Electrical industry, by mgr inż. A. Downar, 2024, - the technical project – PT. Construction industry. Reconstruction of 6 service premises U1-U6. Change of use of part of the building/premises for the needs of the Permanent Exhibition – This is Kwidzyn, by mgr inż. A. Skolimowski, 2024, - the technical project – PT. Reconstruction of 6 service premises U1-U6. Change of use of part of the building/premises for the needs of the Permanent Exhibition – This is Kwidzyn. Sanitary industry, by mgr inż. A. Electrical industry – low current, by mgr inż. A. Downar, 2026 b) STWIORB - reconstruction of 6 service premises for the needs of the Permanent Exhibition of the City of Kwidzyn and the change of use of rooms due to the change in hygienic-sanitary conditions in the building at ul. Ks. Wojciecha Kruka 1 in Kwidzyn: - general construction industry, - electrical industry, - sanitary industry, - telecommunication industry, 2) the project of the permanent exhibition „This is Kwidzyn”, by Studio Karolina Fandrejewska, 18.07.2024 – exclusively selected parts of the design documentation in the scope of finishing works, interior finishing elements and devices covered in the above subject for the building and installation part, made available by the Contracting Authority. Explanations to the made available documentation are included in the above detailed OPZ, which is Annex No. 1 to the contract, 3) the quantitative-material list of lighting, 4) the subjects of works: a) the building and installation part, b) the telecommunication industry, 5) the project of the contract for construction works and the annexes to this contract, - which are available on the website of the conducted tender for construction works i.e. https://platformazakupowa.pl/transakcja/1392886 6) the project of the contract for the above supervision, which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, 7) the detailed OPZ, which is Annex No. 1 to the contract. 3. Equivalent solutions (if applicable): 1) in accordance with art. 101.4 of the PZP, in a situation where the OPZ contains a reference to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, as referred to in art. 101.1.2 and 3 of the PZP, and such references are not accompanied by the expression “or equivalent”, it should be assumed that each: standard, European technical assessment, approval, technical specification, technical reference system appearing in the description of the subject of the contract is accompanied by the words “or equivalent", 2) wherever in the OPZ, in particular in the design documentation, STWIORB, a proprietary name or trademark, patent or origin, source or a specific process is used, which characterizes the product or services provided by a specific Contractor, if the Contracting Authority cannot describe the subject of the contract in a sufficiently precise and understandable manner, such an indication is accompanied by the word “or equivalent”, 3) the indication of proprietary names in the design documentation or STWIORB should be treated as exemplary names and is intended solely to specify the level of expectations of the Contracting Authority with respect to a given product, material, device, or solution. The use of proprietary names of manufacturers/products/materials/devices is for illustrative purposes only. By indicating a proprietary name in the description of the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority also allows equivalent products with technical, operational, user, quality and functional parameters. 4. The Contracting Authority divides the contract into parts in terms of tasks envisaged in the project, but does not divide it into smaller parts in a given task: the justification for not dividing the contract into parts of a given task is contained in Section III.6 of the SWZ. 5. Persons participating in the opening of offers: members of the tender committee appointed by the Director's Order. 6. Other information - The Contracting Authority informs that: 1) it does not set requirements regarding the employment of persons referred to in art. 96.2.2 of the PZP, 2) it does not reserve that only Contractors referred to in art. 94 of the PZP may apply for the award of the contract, 3) it does not reserve the obligation of personal performance by the Contractor of key tasks, 4) it does not envisage the award of contracts referred to in art. 214.1.7 of the PZP, 5) it does not envisage settlements in foreign currencies, 6) it does not envisage the reimbursement of participation costs, including the reimbursement of costs incurred for the purchase of a qualified electronic signature, 7) it does not envisage an electronic auction, 8) it does not envisage the submission of electronic catalogues, 9) it does not envisage the verification by the Contractor of the documents necessary for the implementation of the contract referred to in art. 131.2.2 of the PZ
