Poland – Cycle path construction work – Rozwój mobilności miejskiej na terenie powiatu nowodworskiego: Budowa ścieżki rowerowej wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą na terenie Gminy Nasielsk

The subject of the order is the investment task entitled: "Development of urban mobility in the Nowy Dwór County area: Construction of a cycle path with accompanying infrastructure in the Nasielsk Commune". The scope of the order includes section no. 5 from the PFU. 2. The subject of the order will be implemented in two stages: 1) Stage I – preparation of design documentation, 2) Stage II – execution of construction works. 3. The subject of the order will be implemented in the "design and build" formula. 4. The start of construction works can only take place after the approval of the design documentation by the Purchaser. 5. The Contractor is obliged to prepare and agree with the Supervision Inspector and the Purchaser a Work Programme (a physical-financial schedule) relating to the entire order, particularly covering the stage of preparing the design documentation, obtaining the required decisions and agreements, and the implementation of construction works, which will include the method of implementing the order while maintaining the continuity of the object's traffic. 6. The Purchaser requires the Contractor to ensure the continuity of civil liability insurance throughout the period of implementation of the subject of the order in the amount corresponding to at least the price of the submitted offer. 7. Any contamination and waste must be disposed of in accordance with generally applicable legal provisions at the Contractor's expense. All costs related to demolition, transport, storage and disposal of demolition materials are borne by the Contractor. The Contractor is obliged to present, at the request of the Purchaser, appropriate documents confirming the disposal. 8. The Contractor bears full responsibility for the correct estimation of the scope of the order. 9. All works, deliveries and services necessary for the implementation of the investment, even if they have not been explicitly indicated in the SWZ or PFU, but result from technical knowledge, regulations or the purpose of the investment, are considered to be included in the price of the offer and do not constitute a basis for claims for additional remuneration. 10. The detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the Functional-User Programme, which is Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
