Germany – Architectural services for outdoor areas – Objektplanung Freianlagen - Generalsanierung Deutsches Nationaltheater Weimar Teilprojekt (TP) 1 – Haupthaus

The subject is the awarding of services for landscape planning in accordance with HOAI Part 3 Section 2 §§ 38-40, LP 1 - 9 for the general renovation of the Deutsches Nationaltheater Weimar, TP 1 – Main Building. The scope of work includes approximately 3,000 m² of exterior, access, delivery, parking, vegetation, construction site and restoration areas in the vicinity of the main building. The commissioning will be carried out in stages. Initially, LPH 1 to 3 will be commissioned. LPH 4 to 9 and Special Services will only be commissioned upon separate call-off.
