The subject of the construction project is the general renovation of the existing triple sports hall, built in 1985, including necessary demolition work, partial new construction, and the complete renewal of the technical building equipment. The aim of the measure is to create a modern, safe, and barrier-free sports hall operation in accordance with the applicable public law regulations, particularly with regard to fire protection, accessibility, and energy requirements in accordance with the Building Energy Act (GEG). The measure will be carried out predominantly in the existing structure, integrating the existing building structures, with constructive interventions limited to the necessary extent. The transition to the adjacent gymnasium will be integrated into the construction project. The construction project will be carried out in one construction phase.
