The procurement concerns a contract for construction management in connection with a new building at NEXT Campus Nørrebro. The NEXT Campus Nørrebro project aims to create an attractive youth environment where young people can develop professionally, both individually and together in a community. The client's vision for the project is that it will be a flagship for a study environment that represents new ways to integrate workshop areas, theory rooms and common areas, and that supports the development of both high professionalism and well-being. The youth environment should be particularly attractive to 15-20-year-olds, who can develop through inspiring educational programmes and strong communities at NEXT Campus Nørrebro. The project is realised with support from A. P. Møller Fonden based on a project competition that the client initiated in December 2024 under the working title Praksisakademiet. Subsequently, in August, a total consulting agreement was entered into with the winner of the competition, Cubo Arkitekter A/S, with sub-consultants Nordic Office of Architecture A/S, DETBLÅ ApS and Dominia A/S. The project has a total gross area of 5,646 m2, distributed across 3 buildings in 2-4 storeys, with associated outdoor areas. The client has allocated a construction sum of approximately 159 million DKK for the realisation of the project. The project is now in the design phase and is expected to be procured in September 2026. The client, in connection with the execution and delivery of the main contract, needs advisory assistance in the form of construction management. The client has now decided to initiate the procurement of the construction management task. The tender deadline is set for 19 May 2026, after which the conclusion of the agreement is expected to take place on 9 June 2026. The agreement on construction management is expected to cover the period from June 2026 to August 2029. The agreement will be entered into on the basis of the terms and conditions set out in the procurement material, including a draft contract with attachments.
