Romania – Fuels – CARBURANȚI AUTO: motorină și benzină pe bază de carduri

The subject of the procurement is the supply of fuel: 210,000 litres for the year 2027, as follows: - 190,000 litres Euro 5 diesel - 5,000 litres Euro 5 Premium diesel - 15,000 litres Euro 5 petrol, according to Requirement Report no. 13893/26.08.2026 and Task Book no. 14325/01.09.2026, drawn up by the Head of the Auto Service. Position in the Procurement Plan / Year 2027: pos. 16. Fuel supply will be made through the intermediary of fuel cards – 33 units - issued by the supplier for each vehicle of the purchaser, following a request for card issuance from the purchaser. The costs generated by the printing of the cards will be borne by the supplier. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders - 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
