Supply of "Foodstuffs" in accordance with the specifications in the tender documents, in lots. Number of days within which requests for clarification may be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates: 13. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification / additional information by the 10th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded (if known): The subsequent contracts will be concluded semi-annually (maximum 6 months) depending on the requests and the funds allocated. The subsequent contracts will be concluded with the bidder ranked first. In the event that the latter cannot maintain its price or does not fulfill its contractual obligations in a satisfactory manner, then the contracting authority will request the conclusion of the subsequent contracts with the bidder ranked second, if available. The minimum and maximum values of the subsequent contracts are found in Annex B.
