Framework agreement for the supply and delivery of food products (5 lots) for beneficiaries in residential centers within the contracting authority's structure, in Sibiu County, in accordance with the terms of reference. The value of the Framework Agreement includes the transport of food products to the centers within the contracting authority's structure DGASPC Sibiu. The framework agreement will be awarded to a maximum of 2 economic operators. Economic operators participating in the tender must be companies specialized in the production and/or marketing of the products that are the subject of the offered lot. They have the possibility to submit a bid for one or more lots. The estimated minimum and maximum quantities related to the framework agreement and the largest subsequent contract can be found in the award documentation (centralized quantities for each lot, annexes to the terms of reference).
