Selection of a contractor for the supply, installation and commissioning of four elevators for people with disabilities. The subject of the procurement includes the complete replacement of four elevators in the building of Blagoevgrad Municipality, with the work to be carried out in stages – first in the eastern wing (two elevators) (Stage 1), and after completion of this stage – in the western wing (another two elevators) (Stage 2). The scope of the procurement includes the following activities: design; supply of equipment; dismantling of existing elevator equipment and related equipment; excavation work and removal of reinforced concrete elements in the shaft and around the elevator openings; filling the bottom of the shaft to the required level; painting the interior of the shaft; finishing works around the elevator doors; securing and insulating the shaft during construction and installation activities; installation of new elevators; commissioning and ensuring the full set of documents – protocols, declarations of conformity, etc. The subject of the procurement also includes activities for the restoration of the stone frame of the elevator doors. Construction and installation works are also provided, guaranteeing a level floor between the floor slabs and the elevator car floors, in order to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities, including wheelchair users.
