Belgium – Recreational, cultural and sporting services – Concessie herontwikkeling en exploitatie golfterrein, camping en aanhorigheden te Middelkerke

The contracting authority wishes to redevelop and modernise the tourist, recreational and sports infrastructure within its territory, with a view to providing a qualitative, sustainable and forward-looking offer for residents, second-home owners and tourists. One of the means to do this is by providing a varied and qualitative tourist and sports offer. With this Project in particular, the integrated redevelopment and operation of the Camping and the Golf Course located in the Project area is envisaged. The 2 domains are, within the framework of this Award Procedure, jointly marketed in one indivisible concession. To date, the Camping and the Golf Course have been operated through separate leases by separate lessees. The current leases on the Project area all expire on 31 December 2026. The existing infrastructure is strongly outdated and in need of renovation or even demolition and new construction. The contracting authority wishes to appoint one Concessionaire with a view to concluding one long-term Concession from 1 January 2027. A further description is available in the tender documents.
