The subject matter of the contracts to be awarded through public procurement in accordance with the applicable legal provisions consists of the equipment of the spaces of the investment objective under execution “Complex Correctional”, namely Pavilion de Detenție 320 places and Pavilion Multifuncțional. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for the submission of tenders/applications is 19 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/supplementary information 11 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
