The subject of the contract is a construction project involving the modernisation of the audiovisual system and lighting in the auditoriums of the Didactic Centre of the Medical University of Łódź, under the design and build formula. 3.2. The works will be carried out as part of task no. 2 of the project “Science and Knowledge Exchange Zone” (an investment financed from the state budget). 3.3. The Detailed Description of the subject of the contract is Annex No. 2 to SWZ – Functional User Program along with the annexes. 3.4. The contracting authority informs that in the event of the use in the SWZ of the description of the subject of the contract by indicating trade marks, trade names, patents or origin, source or special process or norm, European technical approvals, certificates, technical specifications and technical reference systems, it is intended to specify the subject of the contract. 3.5. The contracting authority allows the submission of equivalent offers to those described by indicating trade marks, trade names, patents or origin, provided that the proposed solutions have, at least, the same functional features/parameters as indicated in the SWZ, and whose quality is not worse than the quality specified in the product specification. 3.6. In the event of the use in the description of the subject of the contract of norms, European technical approvals, certificates, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the contracting authority allows equivalent solutions. 3.7. In accordance with all trade marks, patents or certificates of origin, source or special process, as well as norms, European technical approvals, certificates, technical specifications and technical reference systems indicated by the contracting authority in the tender documentation, the words “or equivalent” are added. 3.8. The contractor is obliged to prove that the solutions offered by it are equivalent to those described by the contracting authority. 3.9. The contractor is obliged to carry out the order on the principles and conditions described in the model contract constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 3.9. If the offer includes ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes, the contractor is obliged to indicate them in the offer form or in a separate annex to the offer, by providing at least: the name of the ICT product, service or process, the manufacturer or supplier, the model, type or version — if applicable — and the function that the given ICT product, service or process performs within the scope of the offered subject of the contract. In the event that the offer does not include ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes, the contractor submits the appropriate declaration in the offer form – by placing “X” in the appropriate row of the table. In the event that the contractor is unable to indicate in the offer on the date of submission of the offer ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes, the contractor submits the appropriate declaration in the offer form – by placing “X” in the appropriate row of the table. Note: The failure to submit any of the declarations referred to above may result in the rejection of the offer. Implementation period: Implementation period of the contract: 91 days from the date of signing the contract, no later than by 30.11.2026. Additional information: The contracting authority has shortened the deadline for submitting offers by 5 days in accordance with Article 138(4) of the PZP Act and in connection with the fact that the submission of offers takes place entirely using electronic communication means, in the manner specified in Article 63(1).
