The Contractor is required to provide the following services: removal and/or towing, at the request or order of the competent authorities, of any type of vehicle in breach of the applicable codes or regulations, transfer of vehicles designated by the competent authorities, legal custody of vehicles at the said location until the date of the release order authorising the removal of the vehicle from the pound, return of the vehicles or their handover to the domain services or to a destruction company, administrative destruction of wrecks, custody of seized vehicles. The vehicle pound is located at "Les Matelots" in Versailles.
