The construction project involves the energy renovation of components A, B, C, and E of the existing property Klinik Martinusquelle. The objective of the measure is to improve the building envelope and renew the technical building equipment to ensure a future-proof and economical operation. The renovation includes, in particular, the insulation of roof surfaces and cellar ceilings, the replacement of all window and door elements, and the facade insulation according to current energy requirements. In addition, the heat supply will be converted to a combination of heat pump and regenerative district heating network. The subject of the measure advertised here are the roofing and sheet metal works on components A, B, C, and E. The advertised services include the dismantling of all existing roof structures and the subsequent installation of the new roof structures. In detail, the following services are requested: site installation, construction crane, demolition work of existing roofs, scaffolding work and fall protection, roof construction, drainage, fall protection. All works are carried out under EFRE funding conditions, which must be strictly observed.
