Subject of the contract: 1) The subject of the contract is the supply and installation in the infrastructure of the Purchaser of one (1) server for building an AI/ML environment along with the Manufacturer's warranty service for a period of 60 months. 2) The delivered device and its components must be factory new and unused, produced no earlier than 8 months before the delivery date and free from physical and legal defects. The offered components must be compatible and listed on the manufacturer's compatibility list. The server must not be on the Manufacturer's "end-of-sale" or "end-of-support" lists as of the date of the offer. 3) The offered device must have a permanent, factory-applied CE marking by the manufacturer. It must originate from a legal source and be delivered through the manufacturer's authorized sales channel within the European Union, and the Purchaser's use of the delivered product must not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties. 2.
