France – Automatic goods-vending machines – Location, mise à disposition, maintenance et réassort quotidien de réfrigérateurs connectés pour la restauration collective des agents du Département du Val-de-Marne

The present consultation concerns the rental, provision, daily restocking and maintenance of connected refrigerators with a monetary system, accessible via a mobile application or a professional card equipped with MIFARE technology, intended for the collective catering of the agents of the Val-de-Marne Department. This service constitutes a complementary catering offer to the 4 administrative restaurants available to departmental staff. To date, departmental agents have access to six connected refrigerators distributed over two central sites located in Créteil: the Solidarités building and the Hôtel du Département. The services include, in particular: - the supply and installation of the equipment; - food supply; - stock and consumption deadline management; - preventive and curative maintenance; - management of digital tools and payment methods; - reporting and activity monitoring services; - communication and animation actions for agents. The successful bidder undertakes to organise animation actions for the agents benefiting from the connected refrigerator system (see article 11.3 of the CCP). As part of the tender analysis, a product tasting will be held on Thursday 3 September at 12:00 (see article 6 of the RC).
