Delivery, dismantling of existing equipment, removal and transportation of the dismantled machine to a location specified by the Contracting Authority, delivery, installation, commissioning, personnel training and warranty maintenance of the equipment, namely: one air-cooled chiller with high-efficiency inverter technology, with a minimum cooling capacity of 40 kW, built-in water buffer tank with a volume of not less than 200 litres and all necessary accessories and components for its normal functioning, according to the technical specification, for the needs of MABAL "Lozenets" EAD. The subject of the contract includes the performance of all necessary activities for the dismantling of the existing equipment, clearing the site for installation, delivery and installation of the new equipment, carrying out the necessary connecting and adjusting activities, conducting tests and commissioning, as well as providing warranty service and maintenance in accordance with the conditions of the technical specification and the contract.
