As part of the expansion of the S 11 line, DB InfraGO AG is removing the level crossing at Tannenbergstraße in Bergisch Gladbach. To this end, DB InfraGO AG initiated the planning approval procedure for the planning approval section (PFA) 2.2 on 28.03.2024. Since the traffic objectives of the planned alternative measure, according to the assessment of the city of Bergisch Gladbach and expert opinion, cannot be achieved with an expansion of the railway overbridge (EÜ) Buchholzstraße, a road overbridge over the future three-track expanded line 2663 is to be planned instead. The subject of this tender is the BIM planning of the road overbridge including the connection areas to the public road network as well as the expansion of the junction at Kalkstraße. The overall measure will be divided into two lots. Lot 1: Object and structural planning of the road overbridge as well as object planning of the traffic facilities (road including the connection areas to the public road network) according to § 43, § 47 and § 51 HOAI. Lot 2: Object planning for the expansion of the junction at Kalkstraße according to § 47 HOAI. The contractor will be commissioned in performance stages. The client will initially commission the contractor to provide performance stage 1. This includes the basic services and special services of Lph 1 and Lph 2. The client intends, if the planning and implementation of the measure continues, to commission the contractor with further services in the following performance stages: Performance stage 2: The basic services and special services of Lph 3 and Lph 4; Performance stage 3: The basic services and special services of Lph 5 and Lph 6; Performance stage 4: The basic services and special services of Lph 7.
