The subject of this public contract is the design, supply and installation of a new system of 2 heat pumps and the provision of related works and services, the main purpose of which is to reduce the energy intensity of the contracting authority's premises, including the provision of warranty service for a minimum of 60 months (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the public contract"). The subject of the public contract does not include: i. tubular and plate heating bodies, underfloor heating systems, hot water heaters, MaR of the entire system, accumulator tank, expansion vessel, distributors, collectors and circulating pumps and ii. out-of-warranty or post-warranty services, in particular repairs of faults and damages, for which the selected supplier is not liable under the title of defective performance or warranty. On the other hand, the performance includes all repairs, service interventions and the elimination of defects and faults, for which the selected supplier is liable under the title of liability for defects or warranty for quality. This does not affect regular service inspections, service readiness and handling of complaints within the scope agreed in the draft contract.
