Germany – Engineering services – Technische Projekt- und Ingenieursleistungen

50Hertz Transmission GmbH (hereinafter the Contracting Authority) is tendering framework agreements for technical project and engineering services for the implementation of AC, DC and Offshore projects in the 50Hertz control area. The services advertised include building and infrastructure technology, electrical installations and systems, cable and overhead line technology, soil investigation and ordnance clearance, specialist site management, construction supervision and construction monitoring, surveying and as-built planning, routing of underground cables, quality assurance and control, as well as sub-project management overhead line/substation. The aim of the tender is to conclude several framework agreements with various contractors per lot. In addition to 50Hertz Transmission GmbH, all companies affiliated with the Elia Group (particularly 50Hertz Offshore GmbH, 50Hertz Connectors GmbH, Elia Grid International GmbH, Elia Transmission Belgium S.A., Elia Asset S.A. and Elia Engineering S.A.) are entitled to use this contract. Furthermore, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to transfer this contract to current or future affiliated companies or companies in which the Contracting Authority is involved. Similarly, the Contracting Authority reserves the right, in the event of a corporate restructuring of the contractor or the loss of individual members of a consortium (JV as contractor), to transfer the contract to the new corporate entity or the remaining members of a consortium.
