Romania – Refuse and waste related services – Delegare prin concesiune a gestiunii unor activități ale serviciului de salubrizare în Sectorul 2 al Municipiului București

The activities of the cleaning service, which are the subject of the delegation, are:

- The separate collection and separate transport of household waste and similar waste from commercial, industrial, and institutional activities, including separately collected fractions

- Sweeping, washing, and watering public roads in the locality, including the collection and transport of earth and stone waste from public roads to waste deposits, as well as waste from street bins to waste deposits and/or treatment facilities

- Clearing and transporting snow from public roads in the locality and maintaining their functionality during snowfall or frost.

The operator will also provide services related to the cleaning service as described in Article 5 of the Terms of Reference, part of the award documentation.

Requests for clarification may be submitted up to the 26th day before the deadline for submitting tenders. Responses to requests for clarification will be published on the 16th day before the submission of tenders. Only requests for clarification addressed by economic operators up to the set deadline will be responded to.
