Framework agreement for services regarding the procurement of Exterior Cleaning Services in a single lot, as follows: Pos.1 Green space maintenance services - Minimum framework agreement quantity 36 months 1015272 sqm and Maximum framework agreement quantity 36 months 1167552 sqm Pos.2 Supply and planting of perennial plants - Minimum framework agreement quantity 36 months 360 units and Maximum framework agreement quantity 36 months 720 units Pos.3 Supply and planting of shrubs - Minimum framework agreement quantity 36 months 360 units and Maximum framework agreement quantity 36 months 720 units Pos.4 Maintenance of asphalted surfaces - Minimum framework agreement quantity 36 months 439056 sqm and Maximum framework agreement quantity 36 months 504900 sqm, to be concluded with a single economic operator. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications is a minimum of 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to requests for clarification or additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned will put the AC in a position where it cannot provide a response and, as a result, will be considered LATE. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro).
