SiS invites tenders for - Procurement of healthcare materials to SiS according to the instructions and attached documents below with reference number 2.2-3069-2026. SiS's current framework agreement for healthcare materials expires on 2026-09-30.

Health and Social Care within SiS

SiS is the provider of the health and social care carried out at all SiS institutions and has the overall responsibility for the authority's health and social care activities. Each youth home and LVM home constitutes separate care units. Within SiS health and social care, doctors, nurses, and psychologists work.

SiS works to quality assure health and social care by structuring and standardising the efforts as much as possible, always with consideration for the individual's needs and wishes.

Background and Task Description

SiS's procurement covers healthcare materials. By healthcare materials is meant, in this procurement, both wound care materials and medical equipment.

- Wound care materials in the form of, for example, bandages, plasters and tape, wound care products, instruments, and other materials which may be gloves, disinfection and hygiene articles.

- Medical equipment in the form of, for example, sampling materials, blood pressure monitors, fever thermometers, otoscopes, stethoscopes and other accessories.

SiS wishes to procure a basic assortment of goods, see Appendix 5, which includes the most important and, in terms of volume, the largest items. In addition to this basic assortment, the tenderer's remaining assortment for healthcare materials shall also be included.

SiS will enter into a framework agreement with one (1) Supplier from which ordering units within SiS will make continuous orders as needed.

The purchaser does not guarantee that orders will amount to any specific quantity/volume during the contract period.

The preliminary contract period is 2026-10-01 - 2027-09-30. The purchaser then has the right to extend the framework agreement by one (1) year at a time, but not the obligation to extend the Agreement by one (1) year at a time for a total of three (3) years.
