Romania – Software maintenance and repair services – “Servicii de mentenanta aferente licentelor SAP [ML-SAP], inclusiv achizitia de licente SAP noi”

The award of a framework agreement for SAP Maintenance Services [ML-SAP], including the purchase of new SAP licences in accordance with the specifications in the CS, with the observance of all the parameters included in the attached technical sheets. The number of days within which potential tenderers can request clarifications regarding the award documentation, before the deadline for submission of tenders, is 20. The contracting entity will respond to all requests for clarification or supplementary information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting entity will respond only to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators up to the aforementioned deadline.
