Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – TNW_Arch_Schulverband Nassenfels-Egweil_Neubau OGTS

The Schulverband Nassenfels-Egweil plans the new construction of the Offene Ganztagsschule at the Grundschule Nassenfels to create modern, compliant care places for up to approximately 140 children, including suitable holiday care. A flexibly usable room concept is planned, with a canteen, living and learning areas, creative and quiet zones, and barrier-free development, which guarantees holistic pedagogical care, including homework and leisure offers. The following services will be awarded in stages:

- Basic services of performance phases 3-9 for the design of buildings and interiors according to § 34 Abs. 3 HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 1 in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI 2021
