France – Administrative housing services – Relance du lot 1 - Mission d'accompagnement des ménages dans le cadre du Pacte Territorial de la Métropole Rouen Normandie

This consultation concerns a Mission to support households within the framework of the Territorial Pact of the Rouen Normandie Metropolitan Area: Relance of Lot 1 following a declaration without follow-up. The services are divided into 3 Lots:

Lot 1: Support for households to carry out their energy renovation work (Energy renovation - very modest households; Energy renovation - modest households; Energy renovation - intermediate households; Energy renovation - higher-income households)

Lot 2: Support for households to carry out their home adaptation work

Lot 3: Support for households to carry out their work to combat substandard housing

This consultation concerns only Lot 1, which was declared without follow-up in a previous consultation. This services contract is part of the "Household Support" component 3 of the Territorial Pact France Rénov' / PIG of the Rouen Normandie Metropolitan Area. It involves the implementation of support pathways defined by the ANAH in its methodological reference frameworks, in line with the following schemes:

- MaPrimeRénov' (energy renovation),

- MaPrimeAdapt' (home adaptation),

- MaPrime Logement Décent (combating substandard or degraded housing, excluding OPAH projects).
