France – Building construction work – Restructuration de la STEP de Fontaines sur Saône et son raccordement au bassin versant de Pierre Bénite - 6 Lots Lot 3 : Locaux sociaux de Neuville

This contract involves the construction of social premises within the perimeter of the current wastewater treatment plant at Neuville-sur-Saône for the operating team and the process team, including the modification and extension of the existing building to create offices, the rearrangement of the control room and distribution spaces, and the expansion of changing rooms and the canteen, as well as the creation of workshop and storage facilities on the ground floor, a mixed vegetated roof and external storage with canopies and photovoltaic panels. This contract is part of the operation to restructure the Fontaines-sur-Saône wastewater treatment plant and connect it to the Pierre Bénite catchment area. This operation includes 6 lots. This consultation concerns only Lot 3. Lots 1 and 2 have been notified and are currently being executed. Lots 5 and 6 will be launched later, with the works being carried out after the completion of Lots 1 and 2. Lot 4 has been definitively abandoned.
