The scope of the current public procurement includes activities related to the construction of a passenger cable car line in an urban environment: additional preliminary surveys; preparation of a volumetric-architectural survey in relation to the requirements of Article 83, paragraph 4 of the SPA and the requirements of Article 10 and Article 11 of Ordinance No. 4 of 21 May 2001 on the scope and content of investment projects (Stage 1); preparation of a proposal for a design permit under Article 140, paragraph 3 of the SPA for the placement of the necessary stations and facilities for the construction of a passenger cable car line in UPI I-Halm na Osvoboditelite, quarter 328, according to the plan of "Halm na Osvoboditelite", Plovdiv (Stage 1). preparation of an investment project in the "Conceptual Design" phase for the construction of a passenger cable car line with the necessary stations and facilities in UPI I-Halm na Osvoboditelite, quarter 328, according to the plan of "Halm na Osvoboditelite", Plovdiv (Stage 1); presentation for conducting a public discussion of the conceptual project, including 3D visualizations (Stage 1); preparation of an investment project in the "Technical Design" phase for the construction of a passenger cable car line with the necessary stations and facilities in UPI I-Halm na Osvoboditelite, quarter 328, according to the plan of "Halm na Osvoboditelite", Plovdiv with the necessary additional surveys (Stage 2). The project aims to provide ecological, accessible, and safe transport from the lower park or forest park zone (Zone 1 or Zone 2 according to the Management Plan) at the foot of the hill, adjacent to blvd. "Ruski" or ul. "Volga" (or another suitable location justified by the project), to the upper forest park zone (Zone 2 according to the Management Plan) adjacent to the established memorial zone on the hill Bunardzhik (Zone 3 according to the Management Plan). The implementation should be carried out in two separate stages in connection with the conduct of the necessary coordination procedures in view of the status of the territory, as well as other requirements related to the current management plan. In the first stage, it is envisaged: carrying out additional preliminary surveys, carrying out a volumetric-architectural survey, preparation of a proposal for a design permit under Article 140, paragraph 3 of the SPA for the placement of the necessary stations and facilities for the construction of a passenger cable car line in UPI I-Halm na Osvoboditelite, quarter 328, according to the plan of "Halm na Osvoboditelite", Plovdiv, preparation of an investment project in the "Conceptual Design" phase for the construction of a passenger cable car line with the necessary stations and facilities in UPI I-Halm na Osvoboditelite, quarter 328, according to the plan of "Halm na Osvoboditelite", Plovdiv, together with a 3D presentation of the project. In the second stage, it is envisaged to prepare an investment project in the "Technical Design" phase for the construction of a passenger cable car line with the necessary stations and facilities in UPI I-Halm na Osvoboditelite, quarter 328, according to the plan of "Halm na Osvoboditelite", Plovdiv with the necessary additional surveys. The scope of the services includes the Designer to carry out author's supervision during the construction in accordance with Article 162, paragraph 2 of the SPA.
