Preparation of a conformity assessment of investment projects and exercise of construction supervision for the following separate positions:

Separate Position No. 1: "Preparation of a conformity assessment of the investment project and exercise of construction supervision, when carrying out construction for the object Introduction of energy-saving measures in a building with address: Dupnitsa, Blok 6, quarter Bistritsa.

Separate Position No. 2: "Preparation of a conformity assessment of the investment project and exercise of construction supervision, when carrying out construction for the object Introduction of energy-saving measures in a building with address: Dupnitsa, ul. "Orlinska" No. 10".

Separate Position No. 3: "Preparation of a conformity assessment of the investment project and exercise of construction supervision, when carrying out construction for the object Introduction of energy-saving measures in a building Energo Efect with address: Dupnitsa, ul. "Nikolaevska", No. 59".

Separate Position No. 4: "Preparation of a conformity assessment of the investment project and exercise of construction supervision, when carrying out construction for the object Introduction of energy-saving measures in a building with address: Dupnitsa, ul. "Sv. Ivan Rilski" No. 94".

Separate Position No. 5: "Preparation of a conformity assessment of the investment project and exercise of construction supervision, when carrying out construction for the object Introduction of energy-saving measures in a building with address: Dupnitsa, ul. "Ivan Vazov" No. 57".

Separate Position No. 6: "Preparation of a conformity assessment of the investment project and exercise of construction supervision, when carrying out construction for the object: Introduction of energy-saving measures in a building with address: Dupnitsa, Blok 4, quarter Bistritsa.

Separate Position No. 7: "Preparation of a conformity assessment of the investment project and exercise of construction supervision, when carrying out construction for the object: Introduction of energy-saving measures in a building with address: Dupnitsa, ul. "Progona" No. 45.

Separate Position No. 8: "Preparation of a conformity assessment of the investment project and exercise of construction supervision, when carrying out construction for the object: Introduction of energy-saving measures in a building with address: Dupnitsa, ul. "Shipka" No. 6.

Separate Position No. 9: "Preparation of a conformity assessment of the investment project and exercise of construction supervision, when carrying out construction for the object: Introduction of energy-saving measures in a building with address: Dupnitsa, ul. Venelin No. 125-127.

Separate Position No. 10: "Preparation of a conformity assessment of the investment project and exercise of construction supervision, when carrying out construction for the object: Introduction of energy-saving measures in a building with address: Dupnitsa, ul. "Bacho Kiro", Blok 8.

Separate Position No. 11: "Preparation of a conformity assessment of the investment project and exercise of construction supervision, when carrying out construction for the object: Major repair of ul. "Ivan Vazov", with an approximate length of 500 m, in the village of Bistritsa, municipality of Dupnitsa, together with sidewalks and roadway".

Separate Position No. 12: "Preparation of a conformity assessment of the investment project and exercise of construction supervision, when carrying out construction for the object: Major repair of ul. "Rila", with an approximate length of 310 m, in the village of Samoranovo, municipality of Dupnitsa, together with sidewalks and roadway".

Separate Position No. 13: "Preparation of a conformity assessment of the investment project and exercise of construction supervision, when carrying out construction for the object: Major repair of ul. "Baba Elena Mehandjiyska", with an approximate length of 400 m, ul. "Vasil Kolarov" and ul. "Aleksandar Dimitrov", in the village of Kraynitsi, municipality of Dupnitsa, together with sidewalks and roadway".

The present public procurement is for the assignment of Consultancy service under Article 166, paragraph 1 of the Spatial Development Act (SDA) and the related subordinate normative acts, as the contracting authority has made a forecast and identified all construction objects for which the services within the scope of the public procurement are to be provided:

1. Preparation of a comprehensive report for assessment of conformity of investment projects with the main requirements for construction, in accordance with Article 142 of the SDA, including an assessment of conformity under Article 169, paragraph 1, item 6 of the SDA.

2. Exercise of construction supervision during the construction until acceptance and commissioning of the construction in the mandatory scope, regulated in the SDA and the subordinate normative acts for its application, including the performance of inspection and control of the supplied and incorporated in the construction building products, with which the fulfillment of the main requirements for construction is ensured in accordance with the requirements of the Ordinance under Article 9, paragraph 2, item 5 of the Law on the Technical Requirements for Products, as well as coordination of the construction process until the commissioning of the construction, including control of the quantities, quality and conformity of the performed construction and installation works with the contract for the performance of construction and installation works on the object, as well as the other activities - subject of the contract for construction and installation works.

3. Performance of the functions of the Safety and Health Coordinator in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 2 of 2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety conditions at work when performing construction and installation works, incl. performance of all the obligations of the Contracting Authority, provided for in the aforementioned Ordinance.

4. Preparation of a Final Report for the construction, in accordance with Article 168, paragraph 6 of the SDA and Ordinance No. 2 of 31 July 2003 on the commissioning of constructions in the Republic of Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for completed construction and installation works, facilities and construction objects, and Technical Passport for the construction in accordance with Article 176 of the SDA.

IMPORTANT: According to the above, the procedure for the present assignment includes only the activities and services within the scope of: Separate Position No. 1, Separate Position No. 2, Separate Position No. 3, Separate Position No. 4, Separate Position No. 5, Separate Position No. 6, Separate Position No. 7, Separate Position No. 8 and Separate Position No. 9.
