The municipality of Rohrdorf is the owner of the property plot part Fl.Nr. 477, district of Rohrdorf. Due to the required need, the municipality of Rohrdorf has to ensure its offer for a corresponding full-day care. For this purpose, the municipal council decided on 26.06.2025 to have variants for an expansion of the Rohrdorf primary school building worked out in a feasibility study. Of the two variants determined for this purpose, which were already coordinated with the school management and the provider of the extended lunchtime care (full-day care) AWO, it was decided to implement variant B. The project task subject to the award therefore comprises the planning of an extension building to the existing primary school with the new construction of a full-day care facility based on the determined variant B.
