The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of medicinal products used in therapeutic programs, divided into parts with quantities and assortments specified in the Price Lists, which are Annexes 2.1-2.27 to SWZ, respectively for each part:

1. Drugs used in the treatment of precocious puberty in children (ICD 10 E 22.8) (program B.18)

2. Drug used in the treatment program for patients with plexiform neurofibromas in the course of neurofibromatosis type 1 (NT1) (B.155)

3. Drug used in the treatment program for paediatric patients with primary immune thrombocytopenia (B.98)

4. Drug used in the treatment of spasticity in childhood cerebral palsy I (program B.30)
