Subject: Separation of MAVIR network services from the NTG WDM N2 network. The subject of the procurement is the purchase of equipment, software licenses, and related services necessary for the implementation of an eight-node Nokia DWDM-based optical transmission network. The winning bidder's task within the procurement is to supply the active and passive network devices, optical modules, software licenses, and network management system required for the construction of the WDM-based network, design the system for delivery, install, configure, commission, migrate existing services, train the operating personnel, and ensure the stability period defined in the contract. The network to be constructed within this procurement has a size of 8 nodes. The task is to separate MAVIR Zrt. services from the National Telecommunications Backbone WDM network and simultaneously create a "device-independent" N4 DC network. The solution ensures easier manageability of the asset elements arising from the separation of the companies and full network independence, and the services can be operated as a homogeneous platform, end-to-end. This further increases the reliability of the services. These planned transfers do not affect the continuous business operation. I. Phase Equipment Delivery: Based on point 1.7 of the Technical Specification and cells B6-B46 of the Itemised Price Table. A total of 291 hardware items, 2 management software items, and 13,248 software licenses will be procured within the framework of the procurement. II. Phase Design, Installation, Commissioning, Training: Based on points 1.6 and 1.7 of the Technical Specification and cell B50 of the Itemised Price Table, installation and commissioning services. Carrying out installation, commissioning, and implementation tasks related to Phase I, and transferring the following services to the new network: • 10 x 16GB Fiber Channel, • 4 x 8GB Fiber Channel, • 8 x 10G, • 2 x 1G. III. Phase Stability Period: Based on points 1.7 and 2 of the Technical Specification and cell B51 of the Itemised Price Table, system support services to be provided during the stability period. After the system is built and acceptance tested, the stability period begins, during which the implemented system goes live. The winning bidder is obligated to be available to the Invitation to Tender during the stability period in case of any irregularities. During the stability period, it is necessary to provide system support-level services, which are part of this procurement, as completely new manufacturer products and management systems are being introduced into a critical infrastructure. The detailed technical requirements, item numbers, and quantity breakdown of the equipment, software licenses, and services to be procured are contained in the Technical Specification, which is part of the procurement documents. If any reference is made in any part of the procurement documents to a specific brand, origin, type, trademark, patent, activity, person, or specified procedure, it serves solely to clearly define the subject of the procurement. In addition to such references, the expression "or equivalent" is always to be understood. The bidder is entitled to offer a product, solution, or service equivalent to the referenced product, solution, or service. It is the bidder's responsibility to prove equivalence. The bid must include documents based on which it can be clearly determined that the offered product, solution, or service meets the requirements defined in the Technical Specification and is equivalent to it.
