3.1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the needs of the Contracting Authorities and – with regard to the electricity intake points equipped with photovoltaic installations – the reception and purchase of electricity fed into the grid. The contract has been divided into two parts: 3.1.1. Part 1: purchase of electricity for PPEs without active photovoltaic installations covered by Part 2; 3.1.2. Part 2: Purchase of electricity for PPEs with photovoltaic installations and reception and purchase of electricity fed into the grid. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in the contract documents.
