Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości z terenu gminy Grodzisk Wielkopolski – Sektor VII.

Subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from the following municipalities, constituting separate sectors:

1) Sector VII - the area of the municipality of Grodzisk Wielkopolski.

2. The waste to be collected is:

1) from the owners of properties where residents live,

2) from holiday homes or other properties used for recreational purposes,

3) from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located on plot no. 4050/6 at ul. Kościańska in the locality of Grodzisk Wielkopolski (Sector VII),

4) from pharmacies located in the area of:

a) the municipality of Grodzisk Wielkopolski – Sector VII (collection of expired medicines),

5) from electrical points located in:

a) Grodzisk Wielkopolski, ul. Żydowska (Sector VII),

b) Grodzisk Wielkopolski, ul. Winna (Sector VII),

6) from properties indicated by the Contracting Authority if such a need arises in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Sector VII).

3. The subject of the contract also includes the delivery of the collected waste and its unloading at the Municipal Installation - PreZero Recycling Zachód Sp. z o.o. in Piotrowie Pierwsze 26/27, 64-020 Czempiń.
