France – Project management consultancy services – Mission de conseil stratégique et d'appui aux partenaires pour la pérennisation du Projet POCTEFA DOBLA

The present consultation aims to select a service provider to assist the partners of the DOBLA project in defining the conditions for the sustainability of the cooperation initiated, beyond the financing period of the POCTEFA programme. The POCTEFA DOBLA project (EFA-206/06) is led by the Centre Chorégraphique National Malandain Ballet Biarritz, in partnership with the Communauté d'Agglomération Pays basque, the Diputación Foral de Gipuzkoa, the municipality of Errenteria, the Basque Government - Eusko Jaurlaritza. The project is co-financed to 65% by the European Union through the Interreg VI-A Spain-France-Andorra programme (POCTEFA 2021-2027).
