Belgium – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Désignation d'un bureau d'études pour une mission d'étude et de suivi de l'exécution des travaux de rénovation et d'extension de la crèche Crac-En-Lune

The present contract concerns the appointment of a study office for a mission to study and oversee the execution of the renovation and extension work for the Crac-En-Lune nursery, located at 6060 Gilly, rue de l’Hôpital, 21. The building is in a dilapidated state and the ASBL Crèches La Roseraie wishes to carry out transformation and renovation work to bring the existing structure into compliance and improve it. Furthermore, in order to meet the need for additional places, the ASBL Crèches La Roseraie wishes to extend the capacity of the Crac-En-Lune nursery to 70 places. With this renovation and extension project, the ASBL Crèches La Roseraie wishes to respond to the call for projects "Renovation – Safeguarding of existing places" launched by the Service Public de Wallonie, as part of the 2026-2030 five-year programming, for the subsidy of the infrastructures and equipment of early childhood care facilities.
