1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electrical energy for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. 2. The contract will be awarded in fourteen (14) parts: 1) Part 1 of the contract - Supply of electrical energy to premises and facilities - other tariff groups; 2) Part 2 of the contract - Supply of electrical energy to premises and facilities - tariff group B; 3) Part 3 of the contract - Supply of electrical energy for street lighting needs; 4) Part 4 of the contract - Supply of electrical energy - Transport; 5) Part 5 of the contract - Supply of electrical energy - Universities; 6) Part 6 of the contract - Supply of electrical energy - Water and Sewage; 7) Part 7 of the contract - Supply of electrical energy - Prosumers under separate contracts; 8) Part 8 of the contract - Gmina Miasta Gdyni. Comprehensive supply of electrical energy – Prosumers; 9) Part 9 of the contract - Gmina Kosakowo. Comprehensive supply of electrical energy – Prosumers; 10) Part 10 of the contract - Gmina Miasto Lębork. Comprehensive supply of electrical energy – Prosumers; 11) Part 11 of the contract - Gmina Łęczyce. Comprehensive supply of electrical energy – Prosumers; 12) Part 12 of the contract - Gmina Puck. Comprehensive supply of electrical energy – Prosumers; 13) Part 13 of the contract - Gmina Wejherowo. Comprehensive supply of electrical energy – Prosumers; 14) Part 14 of the contract - Wejherowskie Centrum Turystyki i Rekreacji Sp. z o.o. Comprehensive supply of electrical energy – Prosumer. 3. Data regarding the quantity of electrical energy to be purchased is indicative. The quantity of electrical energy has been estimated based on historical data on electricity consumption over a 12-month period, taking into account projected changes in usage and actions taken by the buyers, as mentioned in Article 37 of the Act of 7 October 2022 on special solutions to protect electricity consumers in 2023 and 2024 in connection with the situation on the electricity market, as well as the estimated quantity of electrical energy generated in generating facilities. The contractor must take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption. A decrease or increase in the quantity of electrical energy will not have any consequences for the buyers (consumers), except for the obligation to pay for the actual quantity of energy and distribution services consumed in accordance with the applicable Tariff. The indicated estimated quantity of energy is the quantity that the buyers intend to purchase, taking into account the quantity of electrical energy produced within their own scope and consumed within the framework of self-consumption. 4. Quality standards: 1) The subject of the contract is the supply of electrical energy with specified quality standards, in accordance with applicable regulations; 2) The quality standards of electrical energy are described in the Act Pe and in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22 March 2023 on detailed conditions for the functioning of the power system (i.e. Journal of Laws 2025 item 919 with later amendments); 3) The principles of shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trading are specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 29 November 2022 on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and the method of settlements in electricity trading (i.e. Journal of Laws 2024 item 904 with later amendments); 4) The standards related to the distribution of electrical energy are included in the Instructions for the Operation and Maintenance of the Distribution Network and the Operator's Tariff, which specifies: • tariff groups and detailed criteria for qualifying consumers to these groups; • the method of determining charges for connection to the Operator's network, and in the case of connection to a network with a nominal voltage not higher than 1 kV, also the lump-sum rates of these charges; • the rates of charges for the provision of distribution services and the conditions for their application, taking into account the division into rates resulting from: • the distribution of electrical energy (variable and fixed network rates), • the use of the national power system (quality rates), • the reading of the readings of metering and settlement systems and their current control (subscription rates), • the premature termination of long-term contracts (transitional charge rates), • ensuring the availability of electrical energy from renewable sources in the national power system (OZE charge rate), • ensuring medium-term and long-term security of electricity supply to end users (capacity charge rate), • the method of determining bonuses for failure to meet the quality parameters of electrical energy and quality standards of consumer service, • the method of determining charges for: - exceeding the contractual consumption of reactive power, - exceeding the contractual power, - illegal consumption of electrical energy, • charges for services performed on the additional order of the consumer, • charges for resuming the supply of electrical energy after its suspension. 5. Details regarding the consumption of electrical energy are described in Annexes No. 1a – 1n to SWZ – List of consumption points.
