Poland – Snow-clearing services – Zimowe utrzymanie dróg na terenie Gminy Limanowa w sezonie 2026/2027

The subject of this tender is the winter maintenance of roads in the municipality of Limanowa for the 2026/2027 season. Winter road maintenance, i.e. activities aimed at ensuring passability and limiting disruptions to road traffic flow caused by phenomena such as snowfall, snow and rain, freezing drizzle or winter road slipperiness. Winter road maintenance includes: removing snow from the road, combating and preventing the formation of winter slipperiness by using chemical agents or abrasive materials. A significant portion of the roads are located in mountainous and hilly terrain. 2. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers – number of parts 10. 3. The method of service provision, the activities that will be performed within the provided service, has been defined in the technical specification for winter road maintenance (ZUD) – Annex nr to SWZ. 4. The contractor will provide the service only in cases of atmospheric phenomena – snowfall, the occurrence of slipperiness i.e. the occurrence of weather phenomena qualifying the use of equipment for snow removal, combating slipperiness – using their own equipment. 5. As part of the subject of the tender, the contractor will provide abrasive material for eliminating slipperiness on the roads. 7. Employment requirements under an employment relationship, in the circumstances referred to in Article 95: The contracting authority requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment contract, persons performing the following activities: preparation of material and equipment, operators – drivers of equipment. 8. The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers, i.e. each of the contractors may submit an offer for the provision of the winter road maintenance service for one, a few or all tasks.
