The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The services are settled by unit prices. The present framework agreement consists of the provision of fuel card services for the supply of fuel necessary for the operation of the service vehicles of the Ville des Pennes-Mirabeau. The fuel cards will also allow access to additional services at the station (external vehicle washing), the settlement of tolls and parking.
