France – Gas oils – FOURNITURE ET LIVRAISON DE CARBURANT EN VRAC ET D'HUILES POUR LES BESOINS DU DEPARTEMENT DE LA CHARENTE MARITIME

This is a single-supplier framework agreement with call-off orders, divided into 3 lots with a maximum amount. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period starting on 01/01/2027 or, if later, the date of notification. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year. The maximum duration of the contract, including all periods, is 4 years. Lot No. 1: Supply and delivery of road fuels and non-road fuels for the Road Exploitation Centres of the Charente-Maritime department. The maximum annual amount is: 1,200,000.00 Euros. The amounts will be the same for each renewal period. Lot No. 2: Supply and delivery of road fuels, non-road fuels and duty-free fuels for the departmental ports, river centres and naval vessels of the Charente-Maritime department. The maximum annual amount is: 2,000,000.00 Euros. The amounts will be the same for each renewal period. Lot No. 3: Supply and delivery of oils for the needs of the Charente-Maritime department. The maximum annual amount is: 100,000.00 Euros. The amounts will be the same for each renewal period.
