Czechia – System and support services – Rámcová dohoda na zajištění technické podpory a rozvoje IS VoZP

The subject of the public contract is the provision of technical support for the operation of the information system of the Military Health Insurance Company of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "IS VoZP") and the maintenance of the sustainability of IS VoZP for individual separate modules, systems and interfaces. The subject of the public contract is:

a) Provision of technical support for IS VoZP including consultations and analysis of any technical problems arising from the operation of IS VoZP according to the terms of the technical specification and the public contract and its annexes (hereinafter referred to as "technical specification" and "technical support") – note: the specific technical specification of the public contract and the contract will be the result of further tendering procedures (i.e. will be prepared by the contracting authority later after negotiations with the participants of the tendering procedure),

b) Provision of development of IS VoZP as requested by the contracting authority according to the terms of the technical specification and the public contract and its annexes (hereinafter referred to as "development") and

c) Preparation of an exit plan according to the terms of the public contract and its annexes.
