The subject of the procurement is technical assistance services related to three construction contracts - hereinafter: Construction Contracts, for the scope of the Project "Improvement of the drinking water supply system of the city of Toruń" – hereinafter: the Project, consisting of supervision, administration, and coordination, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, of the Contract W-2/R "Modernisation of the Drwęca Water Intake - Jedwabno", Contract W-3/R "Modernisation of the SUW Drwęca - Jedwabno" and Contract W-9/R "Construction of a photovoltaic farm at the SUW Drwęca - Jedwabno site" – also hereinafter: Engineering Services. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the procurement is provided in Annex No. 1 to the Specification of Procurement Conditions (also referred to as "SWC").
