The procurement process includes a contract for the Purchaser's procurement of transport and processing of A2 wood for reuse from Vejle Municipality's recycling sites. The tenderer shall handle the collection, transport, processing and reuse of the collected A2 wood from the Purchaser's four (4) recycling sites, and provide the necessary containers at RessourceCenter Vejle for the entire contract period. The tenderer shall ensure that the largest possible proportion of the wood is reused, and that residual products are handled in accordance with applicable legislation, including the waste notice. In 2025, the quantity of wood for reuse (A2 wood) was 6,462 tons and the number of collections for a load of two (2) full containers was 716 from the Purchaser's four (4) recycling sites. The quantity and number of collections of wood for reuse (A2 wood) are expected to vary throughout the year and between individual years in the contract period. It is expected that future quantities and number of collections will be at approximately the same level. The expected volume in the tender list is merely indicative and not binding for the Purchaser, as they are based on historical figures.
