The planned construction project involves the conversion of the former monastery's cloister wing (existing building) into a museum. Simultaneously, a new building (event venue with connectors) is being constructed next to it. The construction site is located in Kyritz in the monument protection area "Altstadt Kyritz" and the archaeological monument "Altstadt Kyritz". The subject of the measure is the production of roof waterproofing, roof greening and sheet metal work for the new connecting structure with a roof area of approximately 325 m2. The services include the production of the complete roof structure including thermal insulation, roof waterproofing, protective, separating and storage layers, vegetation support layers and extensive roof greening. Furthermore, all necessary edge, connection and detail formations as well as the roof drainage are part of the service. The sheet metal work includes in particular the supply and installation of parapet covers, roof edge closures, rainwater downpipes, connecting sheets and all associated fastening and connection work.
