Erillisverkot invites applications to participate in the procurement of fibre-optic network repair and documentation services in land and inland water areas in Southern and Northern Finland. The aim is to agree on fibre-optic network repairs, which include the following components: - Fault repair - More precise localisation of the fault at the fault location as needed - Temporal prioritisation and resourcing of the fault repair need - Documentation of the repaired fault/fault location Fault repair response time on land: Travel to the work site must be started, if necessary, within two (2) hours of notification from the Customer Service Centre. Fault repair response time on inland water areas: Fault repairs on inland water areas will be agreed on a case-by-case basis. The customer shall select a service provider for Southern Finland and Northern Finland separately, with whom it will enter into an agreement. Geographical division: Northern Finland: Lapland, Kainuu and Northern Ostrobothnia Southern Finland: the remaining regions of Finland The agreement does not constitute a mandatory purchase obligation for the customer. The customer has the right to use other operators for individual fault repairs. Such situations may arise, for example, if some other operator than the contracting partner is already at the fault location and the customer thus obtains the fault repair more quickly and at a lower total cost. All candidates meeting the suitability requirements will be selected for the tendering phase of the procurement procedure.
