Switzerland – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) für zvv.ch

In December 2024, ZVV migrated the corporate website zvv.ch from on-premise operation to the Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) environment. After a year of introduction and optimization, a stable operating situation was achieved. The future costs for operating and further developing the AEMaaCS solution are likely to exceed the threshold for an award without a public tender, which is why a corresponding procedure is being carried out. The contract is initially being tendered for the first and second contract years (01.12.2026–30.11.2028), with the ZVV having a unilateral option to extend the work described in the present tender documents for a further two years, i.e. for the third and fourth contract years (01.12.2028–30.11.2030), subject to budget approval and positive performance review in each case.
