Poland – Medical consumables – Dostawa materiałów medycznych do biopsji próżniowej piersi wraz z dzierżawą urządzenia

Subject of the contract are deliveries of medical materials for vacuum-assisted breast biopsy along with equipment rental. The contract will be awarded following the completion of this procedure for a period of 12 months. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the annexes: 1) Price forms – Annex No. 1.1. to SWZ, 2) Draft contractual provisions, which will be incorporated into the contract / contract provisions – Annex No. 2 to SWZ. The rules set out in the contract, inter alia, indicate obligations regarding the method and deadlines for the implementation of deliveries, including: in the scope of rental. The contracting authority informs that, in accordance with art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law, it will first carry out an examination and evaluation of tenders, and then carry out a substantive qualification of the Contractor, whose tender has been highest evaluated, in terms of lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. In accordance with the obligation arising from art. 24, para. 6 of the Act of 14 June 2024 on the protection of whistleblowers, the contracting authority informs that in the Independent Public Health Care Facility, the Wojewódzki Szpital Specjalistyczny Nr 3 in Rybnik, a procedure for internal notifications of legal violations and subsequent actions has been adopted.
